If you’re relatively new, this is another update of my 20 before 20 series, in which I aim to complete a bucket list of 20 things to do before I turn 20 in September. I feel like in January I really hit the ground running, completing 3 of them in the space of like 2 weeks (you can find those updates here and here), However February has been a lot slower…
One of the things on my list was to be a “proper blogger” and participate in a blogging collab at some point, which is why I’m very excited to be a part of a new series which also happens to be a big group collaboration!
The series is going to be called “The Truth About Uni” and it is a collab between me and a bunch of other student bloggers, in which every 2 weeks we will pick a Uni-related topic and each share our completely honest experiences of what that topic has been like for us at Uni. We’re all in different Uni’s, doing different courses, in different situations, so it should hopefully provide something relatable for anyone who’s at Uni, or looking to go, or simply wants to know what it’s like.
So, I thought it would make sense to introduce the team. In case you didn’t know, I’m in my first year at the University of Bristol studying English and Philosophy, and the others taking part in this are:
Tori from LegallyBrunette:
- At LMJU in Liverpool
- In her second year
- Studying Law & Criminal Justice
Kate from MillenialRants:
- At UWE in Bristol
- In her second year
- Studying Journalism
Saffron from SaffronWatson:
- At the University of Portsmouth
- In her third year
- Studying Film Production
Sophie from TheGlamourReel:
- At the University of Aberdeen
- In her second year
- Studying law
Annaleid from ActuallyAnna:
- Studying in Amsterdam
- Currently doing her masters
- Studying Human Movement Science
Bex from TheOwlet:
- At the University of Cardiff
- Studying Photojournalism
Jen from VelvetSpring
- At Northumbria University
- In her second year
- Studying Fashion Communication
I’m really excited to be working with these lovely ladies on this project, and it will really give me (and them) an opportunity to open up on everything about my University experience so far (you guys are gonna get to know a lot more about me haha).
Stay tuned for my actual posts for this series! Subscribe to get notified about my new posts, and leave any suggestions for topics we should talk about in the comments/contact me about them!
Lots of love,
Jas xx
Sounds like a really fun collaboration and I look forward to reading it, even thought my uni years are well behind me!

Thank you, I’m really looking forward to writing actually, and even if you’re past the uni years I’m sure you’ll still be able to find it relatable!
